You are welcome to explain the design in the text box or upload pictures if you have examples.
Once the payment is received we will begin processing your order. Processing the order includes completing the design and sending it to you for approval, you will have up to 2 times to make any changes.
Please order 3 weeks in advance, ensuring the design is approved within the first week. If this is a rush order, please add the rush item before checking out, as rush request will be an additional charge.
Please note, once processing starts on the order we are unable to issue a refund on a custom order.
